Always use water in your pressure cooker. A simple pressure indicator valve lets you know when cooking pressure has been reached whilst the easy to use 2 pressure release settings allows the pressure to be adjusted dependent on what food is being cooked.  Tower pressure cookers come complete with an ultra-tough Bakelite handle with lock system to ensure complete control during cooking.  The lock system also prevents the lid from being opened when the contents are under pressure. The side handles stay cool, allowing for comfortable handling.
