Influencer Terms & Conditions

1. Once the Promoter receives a valid completed entry from any applicant aged 18 or over based in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) they will be automatically entered into this prize draw.

2. By entering the giveaway, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and you will be legally bound by them.

3. The giveaway is not open to the employees of Tower Housewares and its subsidiaries, nor their families or agents or the Promoter or anyone connected with them or with the administration of the giveaway. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

4. The giveaway will run from the time and date stated in the giveaway social media post. Only those qualifying entries received during this period shall be entered into the giveaway. The Promoter’s decision as to whether an entry was validity received during this period shall be final.

5. The winner will be selected by the Promoter and notified via e-mail within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

6. The prize will be posted within 28 days of the winner being confirmed.

7. The content of the prize bundle may vary at the Promoter’s discretion but shall remain of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless stated otherwise.

8. The giveaway is only open to customers based in the UK (including Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Entries submitted from outside this area will not be eligible for the prize draw.

9. Nothing in this Agreement excludes RKW ltd or the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither RKW ltd nor the Promotor shall be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty howsoever arising),contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise for: - a. Loss of profits; or. b. Loss of business; or. c. Depletion of goodwill or similar losses; or. d. Loss of anticipated saving; or. e. Loss of goods; or. f. Loss of use; or. g. Wasted expenditure. h. Any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses

10. Subject to Clause 9, and in so far permitted by appliance law, RKW ltd and the Promotor exclude all responsibility for any liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control, including any act or default of any third-party supplier.

11. Tower Housewares reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (such as, without limitation, a force majeure event) or in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud. Tower Housewares decision in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
