The safety of our customers is paramount, so on this page you'll find details of any products which have been recalled by us in case of an issue with quality or safety.

Your safety is paramount to us, we want to help you avoid preventable accidents and injuries at home, so we've worked with organisations such as RoSPA and Electrical Safety First to offer advice and tips on how to use our electrical products safely. The links open up in a new window and take you through to their website.

We are advising all consumers to immediately cease use of the item. RKW are issuing direct communication to all consumers affected where we hold the details. We would ask you to assist with warning consumers by advising your affected customers not to use the relevant product. We attach the Tower recall notice issued directly to consumers.

The model number of the product can be located stamped on the base of the item.

We will be issuing further communication advising next steps. Whilst RKW are hoping to service all consumer enquiries direct, we appreciate that you may receive some queries direct. In this instance we would ask that you refer the customer to our dedicated customer service team on 0333 220 6091 between the hours of 8:30 – 17:00 Mon – Fri and/ or to our website.

RKW has been working with the UK authorities in relation to the earlier RAPEX issued on model T90103 by French authorities, as previously advised and in relation to the recent test results. We have not received complaints or claims from consumers relating to the risks identified by the test results. Nevertheless, safety continues to be our first priority and we are issuing the consumer warning notice in accordance with the advice of Trading Standards, to be followed by instructions to consumers as to disposal and/ or return of the product.  We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
