INGREDIENTS
150-200g Cooked Tandoori Chicken
1 Pizza Base
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
100g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1/4 Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
Fresh Coriander
Chilli Flakes

METHOD

1.    Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.


2.     Sprinkle a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.


3.     Add the sliced red onion and bell pepper.

 

4.     Sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top, if desired.


5.      Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (if needed).


6.      Place the pizza in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the pizza base is crisp.


7.      Remove the pizza from the air fryer and garnish with fresh coriander and chilli flakes.

TIP

Pre-bake the crust for a few minutes before adding toppings to ensure it stays crisp and doesn’t get soggy!
