Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
500g ham, cooked and sliced
60ml honey
30ml soy sauce
15ml Dijon mustard
5ml apple cider vinegar
5ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Ground black pepper to taste
Fresh thyme for garnish
METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
3. Marinate the sliced ham in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
4. Place the marinated ham slices in a baking dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, occasionally brushing with the remaining marinade.
6. Garnish the baked ham slices with fresh thyme before serving
HANDY TIP
For a caramelized finish, broil the ham slices for a minute or two after cooking
