INGREDIENTS
225g Plain Flour
100g Caster Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
60g Melted Butter
177ml of Milk
1 Egg Beaten
Cinnamon

METHOD

1.    Add oil to the donut maker to avoid them sticking.


2.    Mix together all the dry ingredients and make a well in the middle


3.     Add the wet ingredients and mix well until you have a smooth batter


4.     Spoon in the mixture into the doughnut maker, just underneath the lip of the lower tray

 

5.     Close up and leave to cook for 5 minutes until golden brown


6.     Once they are cooked coat with sugar and cinnamon

. Why not try glazing the donuts, decorating with a varitey of toppings or serving with a dipping sauce!
