INGREDIENTS
For the wedges:
2 large potatoes, scrubbed clean
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For the base:
Plain pizza base

For the sauce:
4 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp each onion, garlic granules, oregano, sweetener, basil
1 tbsp bbq seasoning
2 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tsp water

For the topping:
100g shredded cooked chicken breast
60g mozzarella & cheddar
Sliced red onion
Sliced red pepper

METHOD

For the wedges:

1.    Preheat your air fryer to 190°C for a few minutes.

2.   Cut the potatoes into wedges. You can do this by cutting each potato in half lengthwise, then cutting each half into 3-4 wedges, depending on the size of the potato. Try to make them as evenly sized as possible for even cooking.

3.     Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the wedges and toss them until they are evenly coated.

4.     In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss again to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

5.     Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

6.     Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly. They should be golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

7.     Once cooked, transfer the potato wedges to a serving plate.

For the pizza

1.    Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for a few minutes.

2.   Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges.Sprinkle cheese generously over the sauce, then add the toppings.

3.    Carefully transfer the topped pizza back into the air fryer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

4.    Once cooked, carefully remove the pizza from the air fryer. Allow the pizza to cool for a minute or two before slicing and serving.
