INGREDIENTS
250g 5% fat beef mince
1/2 an onion, diced
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
150g passata
1/2 beef stock cube
1 tsp of paprika and oregano
6 mini wraps
2 tbsp burger sauce*
4 cheesy slices
A bit of lettuce
20g grated mozzarella
METHOD
1. Fry off the onion, mince and tomatoes with the garlic until softened and cooked through, then add in the ketchup, Worcester sauce, passata, stock and seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.
2. Microwave your wraps then assemble with a tsp of burger sauce, around 2/3 of a cheesy slice, some lettuce and a scoop of the beef mixture.
3. Roll up each wrap, pop into the air fryer/ oven, top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella and cook on around 190°C for around 5 minutes!
4. *For the burger sauce: mix 3 tbsp lighter than light mayo, 1 tbsp 0% fat Greek style yog, 1 tbsp no added sugar ketchup, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 1/2 tsp Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, onion granules and 1-2 tbsp water. Alternatively, use a premade burger sauce.
TIP
Add sliced jalapeños to the filling for an extra spicy kick!
