INGREDIENTS
Milk chocolate broken into pieces
Lotus Biscoff spread
Marshmallows
Digestive biscuits
Lotus biscuits
Fresh fruit for dipping
METHOD
1. In an oven-proof dish, layer your favourite chocolate pieces at the bottom.
2. Add a generous layer of Lotus Biscoff spread over the chocolate.
3. Top with marshmallows, ensuring they cover the chocolate and Biscoff spread evenly.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for a few minutes.
5. Place the oven-proof dish in the air fryer.
6. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
7. While the s'mores are cooking, arrange your favourite biscuits and fresh fruit on a serving plate.
8. Carefully remove the dish from the air fryer.
9. Serve the gooey s'mores dip with biscuits and fruit for dipping.
TIP
A small pinch of sea salt on top of the chocolate before adding the marshmallows enhances the flavours and balances the sweetness.
