INGREDIENTS
1 pre-made pizza crust
70g pizza sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
60g grated mozzarella cheese
11 slices of pepperoni (approximately 50g)
Olive oil spray
Optional: Fresh basil or chilli flakes for garnish
Garlic & Herb Sauce

METHOD

1.    Begin by laying out your pizza crust on a flat surface, making sure it fits the size of your air fryer. If you're using homemade 


2.    Using a spoon or a spatula, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the crust.


3.     Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano evenly over the sauce. 


4.     Generously sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce and oregano.

 

5.     Arrange the pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.


6.     Set thepizza oven to 190°C and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the pizza around the 5-minute mark to ensure it doesn’t overcook. The pizza is ready when the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and starting to turn golden brown.


7.     Carefully take the pizza out of the air fryer using tongs or a spatula. If desired, sprinkle fresh basil leaves or a pinch of chilli flakes over the top.


8.     Cut the pizza into strips resembling fries.


9.     Serve your pizza strips immediately while hot, accompanied by a garlic and herb dip, or any dipping sauce of your choice.

TIP

Pair with spicy sriracha mayo, nacho cheese, or blue cheese dip for a twist.
