INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, (peeled and mashed)
1 large egg
150ml milk (any type)
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
100g rolled oats, blended into flour
100g self-raising flour
100g chopped Kinder chocolate
1 Kinder Bueno bar, chopped
Melted hazelnut cream or Nutella (for drizzling)
METHOD
1. Peel 2 ripe bananas, add to a bowl then mash with a fork.
2. Add 1 large egg, 150ml milk (any) & 1 tsp vanilla paste/extract. Mix well.
3. Blend 100g rolled oats in a food processor & add to the bowl. Add 100g self raising flour, then mix until combined.
4. Stir 100g chopped Kinder chocolate and 1 chopped Kinder Bueno bar into the batter.
5. Grease/line a cake or loaf tin, then spoon in the batter.
6. Air fry at 170C for 30-35 mins. If you have a bake setting on your air fryer use this, otherwise the regular air fryer setting is fine. You can check if it is cooked by inserting a skewer/sharp knife into the centre which should come out clean.
Alternatively oven bake at 170C fan/190C for 35-40 mins.
7. Once baked, drizzle over melted hazelnut cream and/or Nutella.
8. Either serve immediately while still warm or allow to cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
TIP
Create a marbled effect by swirling in melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder.
