INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes (large sized, washed, peeled, cubed)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt
Black pepper
4 tsp cornflour
25g grated parmesan cheese
Cooking spray
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley

METHOD

1.    Preheat your AirFryer to 200c.


2.    Add potatoes to boiling water. Boil until fork tender then drain.


3.     In a bowl, add the potato paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, cornflour. And Parmesan cheese (optional). Mash together.


4.     With a spoon, scoop potato mixture into palm of hand and roll into individual balls

 

5.     Place the seasoned potato pops in the AirFryer basket, ensuring they're in a single layer for optimal crispiness.


6.     Spray with cooking spray


7.     Air Fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through for an even fry.


8.     Meanwhile prepare your garlic butter….in a large cup add butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Microwave for 45 seconds.


9.     Remove potato balls from air fryer and place in large bowl. Pour garlic butter over them and gently toss.

TIP

Mix in some cheese for an extra tasty treat!
