INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
100ml milk
50g grated cheddar cheese
50g diced ham
Diced red peppers
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika

METHOD

1.    Set your air fryer to 180°C and let it preheat for 3 minutes.


2.    In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.


3.     Stir in the cheese, red pepper and diced ham. 


4.     Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling them about ¾ full.

 

5.     Place the muffin cups into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.


6.     Cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, or until the egg bites are firm and slightly golden on top.


7.     Let them cool for a minute before carefully removing from the cups. Serve warm.
